Happy St. Patrick’s Day

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!  These stickers my friend gave me are really fun!

Luke really likes being in his swing.  He stares at the monkeys/mirror a lot.  He also loves hanging out with his daddy!

We were supposed to have a picnic at the park today.  It was too windy, so we ended up picnicking on the front porch.  Then we headed inside and the boys watched videos of trucks, then Jace pushed Jack around the room on the toy car.  There was a lot of laughter.

We ended the day (and started the day and intermission-ed the day) with some fishing.  We do a lot of fishing around here.  Despite the fact that the fishing vest has been in the tackle box this whole time, Jace just “discovered it” today.  And it’s now his fishing vest, fire fighter vest, and construction vest.  Jace is a talented guy – lots of professions!

And that’s it for now!  I was supposed to be working, but Luke is so fussy tonight that my program keeps timing out every time I stop to bounce him/rock him/plead with him.  So I decided to post instead.  And even this took forever.  Yesterday was a super smooth day (he was so happy!).  Maybe we alternate and tomorrow will be super smooth too!  Fingers crossed!

  1. Adorable post. Adam must be soooo happy when Luke is smiling so big on his lap. Best picture! I love the fishing, construction, safety vest! Looks like Jack and Jace are good buddies. Xoxo

  2. I’m really glad Jace discovered that vest before he grew out of it! And I’m glad it turned out to be a good gift. I love the picture of Luke smiling with his daddy. Now, go take a nap!
