It was a very adorable day for Jace. The morning was a bit rainy, but that didn’t bother him at all. Jace has discovered puddles. And splashing!
The weather cleared up in the afternoon, so we all headed to the Pumpkin Patch! Rod makes a cute scarecrow. Marian is a cute, ummmm, tractor? And Jace is a cute cow!
Jace wasn’t sure about the goats (I don’t blame him – they were aggressive when they realized you had food in your hands!), but he liked looking at them and watching the chickens run around.
We rode out to the pumpkin patch on a straw-ride (not a hay-ride, apparently hay is ONLY for eating and straw is for sleeping/sitting on/decoration/etc).
The pumpkin patch was huge and had tons of pumpkins, gourds, and squash.
It’s not just a scenery picture, it’s a picture of Rod and Adam in the pumpkin patch….
Jace picked out some gourds and little pumpkins….
He helped me pick out my pumpkin….
And he had fun exploring the field!
After our straw-ride back to the farm, Jace played in the corn box. He loved it!
Playing at the Pumpkin Patch – video
I think the video is super cute. Jace was laughing soooo hard!
